Is there a minimum order quantity?

No — order a single custom t-shirt or a full team kit at the same per-item price. Bulk orders (25+) can get a discount; contact us for a quote.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

PNG, JPEG and PDF, up to 10MB. For the sharpest print we recommend a 300dpi PNG with a transparent background. See our artwork guidelines for full specs.

How long does production take?

Most orders are printed and dispatched within 3–5 working days, plus shipping time (5–8 working days for UK delivery).

Can I return a custom item?

Custom and personalised items can only be returned if faulty or misprinted, per UK distance-selling regulations for bespoke goods. See our refund policy for details.
