1. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or artwork infringes third-party rights — with a full refund of any payment taken.
2. Artwork & intellectual property
You confirm that any artwork you upload is either your own work or you have the right to use and reproduce it. We may decline to print artwork that infringes copyright or trademark rights, or that is offensive or unlawful.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout; we never see or store your full card details.
4. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, our liability for losses you suffer is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
