What we collect
Account details (name, email, password hash), order and delivery information, uploaded artwork files, and support/contact-form messages. We do not store your full card details — payments are processed by Stripe.
Why we collect it
To create and manage your account, process and fulfil orders, send order and account-related emails, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can also close your account from your account settings.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication (your login session) and a coupon-code cookie during checkout. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
